About TSS
TSS Foam opened its doors in Caledonia 30 years ago, and has since grown from occupying 5,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet of space. A major driver of early business was Gunlocke, a major supplier of office furniture. Other local customers include Eastman Kodak, Serco, Darien Lakes Six Flags, and CMF Medical Products.
CMF Medical Products is a TSS Foam subsidiary formed in 1999 to handle the increase in medical segment business that resulted from establishing a full time engineering function for medical applications.
Part of a recent expansion included beginning manufacture of a line of innerspring mattresses and box springs for consumer applications and opening a retail showroom on the 11-acre TSS Foam site for local promotion of the new bedding products.

TSS Foam is located on the south side of Route 5 (2770 West Main Road), just a little over a mile west of the village of Caledonia.
Directions from Rochester: Exit I-390 at Scottsville Road (Route 383) and take Route 383 southwest, away from the city of Rochester. Go through Scottsville, continuing to follow the route markers for 383. Just north of Caledonia, Route 383 ends and turns into Route 36. As you make the curve to the left onto Route 36, you will be heading south into the village of Caledonia. In the village, turn right onto Main Road (Route 5), and go just a little over a mile until you see the Caledonia Outlet Center sign for our retail store. The distance from Interstate 390 to TSS Foam by this route is about 19 miles.
From Canandaigua: Take Route 5 & 20 west past Avon, then bear right onto Route 5. Stay on Route 5 through the village of Caledonia. At the traffic circle in the village, Route 5 makes a left. About a mile past this point you will see the Caledonia Outlet Center sign for our retail store. The distance on this route is about 32 miles.
From NYS Thruway Exit 46, Rochester (for visitors traveling westbound on the Thruway): Go south on I-390 and take the Rush exit (Route 15). Turn left on 15, then take a right onto Route 251 westbound. Stay on Route 251 until you reach the Village of Scottsville. Turn left on Route 383 and continue west. Just north of Caledonia, Route 383 ends and turns into Route 36. As you make the curve to the left onto Route 36, you will be heading south into the village of Caledonia. In the village, turn right onto Main Road (Route 5), and go just a little over a mile until you see the Caledonia Outlet Center sign for our retail store.
From NYS Thruway Exit 47, LeRoy (for visitors traveling eastbound on the Thruway): Take Route 19 south into the village of LeRoy. Turn left on Route 5, and go six miles until you see the Caledonia Outlet Center sign for our retail store.
